This village consists of 51 bachelor and one bedroom apartments over two floors with ramps between floors and a common lounge area. A convenience shop is available for residents. It is situated within easy walking distance of the beach and shopping facilities.
All residents have onsite access to a community hall, swimming pool, hair salon, library, snooker room, clinic and wifi hotspot.
All villages have a resident supervisor on site at all times and emergency nursing assistance is avalibale at every village 24/7.
All cottages and apartments are appointed with an intercom system and emergency alarm connected to the village supervisor and external service providers of health and care services to be used in the event of either a health or security scare. Single occupants are contacted daily by the village supervisor to monitor their state of health.
Every village has access to primary health care via an on site clinic staffed by the nursing personnel. A char service is available at each village for the residents own account.
Rental accomodation ranges from a small bedsitter flat with shared bathroom facilities to a spacious two bedroom unit with two bathrooms and a double garage. Details of rental costs are available on request.
