This development village is designed to accommodate older people and their grandchildren (maximum two, under the age of 7). Residents must be in receipt of an Old Age Grant.

Accommodation is in cottages with kitchen, ablution and open living area. There are also 2 AssistedLliving units which accommodate 12 people.
