The concept of holistic wellness, financial, physical, spiritual and emotional, forms the basis of the village's ethos. This flows through from the specialised architectural design and greening design principles, to the security measures, on-site wellness centre and amenities, amongst others.
The village consists of 220 well-appointed units, varying from two- to three-bedroom simplexes to one- and two-bedroom garden cottages. A 47-bed frail-care centre forms part of the six-phase complex, currently due for completion by the end of May 2019.
