Fonteine Village

Fonteine Village consists of full-title homes with single or double garages – the owners purchase the land and building. Any person of any age may buy a unit. The only condition according to the Constitution is that occupants must be at least 50 years old. Security is a key feature of the estate with it being protected by manned security, access control and electrified fencing. Residents will have access to frail care services, and home based nursing, offered by registered care givers.
