Absolutely pathetic! The chairperson and trustees are giving Welgedagt a terrible reputation. In my experience, they seem more concerned about their own wellbeing than the elderly residents being neglected in frail care. Repeated complaints, no accountability and endless excuses. Keep your elderly parents and loved ones far away from this place!
